    Gisella Emiliani Lazerson

    Gisella Emiliani Lazerson is an experienced focus group moderator with 16 years of experience moderating focus groups, in-depth interviews, in-store interviews and ethnographies. Her expertise includes managing qualitative research projects from beginning to end including design, consulting, execution and analysis. Her expertise is in the U.S. Caribbean and Latin American markets.

    Gisella enjoys the challenge of finding the why's behind consumer behavior and helping clients to gain valuable new learnings. Gisella obtained moderator training through the prestigious RIVA Institute.

    Gisella has conducted extensive qualitative research in many other categories such as insurance, payments, retail, packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, tourism and leisure, and food and beverages.

    Gisella was raised both in South America and the U.S. She is fully English/Spanish bicultural and bilingual and has a BA in Economics from Hollins University and a graduate degree in Marketing from Los Andes University in Bogotá, Colombia. Gisella is a proud mother of two young children and enjoys them immensely. To relax and decompress she enjoys yoga, pilates and exploring nature with the family.


    Felicia Trimboli

    Felicia Trimboli is a skilled focus group moderator and writer who has the uncanny ability to draw insights from respondents. Respondents warm up easily to her as she strategically guides the conversation to glean fresh insights by using a variety of qualitative research techniques such as laddering, projective exercises and story telling. She has over 25 years of qualitative research experience, in addition to a background in quantitative research.

    Felicia believes in the collaborative nature of research and strives to work along side her clients to develop the best methodologies to guide strategic decision-making.

    Felicia specializes in restaurants and hospitality, having worked for Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn, Sonny's BBQ, Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday, Starbucks, Boar's Head and Pointe Orlando.

    Felicia holds an MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School and a BSBA from the University of Central Florida.
